Beach Boot Camp
10.00am – 11.00am

This class is for those who love working out with a group of like-minded people, who want to feel alive outdoors. We use high intensity interval training techniques with TRX bands, battleropes, sandbags, resistant bands and the outdoors.
Held at Gonzales Beach or Willows Beach.
6.30pm – 7.30pm
This is one of our favourites. This class is outdoors and is pinnacle to the fitness triad and our personal success. We teach and guide you through basic meditation techniques, breathing techniques, heart rate variability, grounding/earthing and cold water thermogenesis.
Held at Gonzales Beach. Meet at the bottom of the staircase.
